Sir Grout was the first company that popped up in a search for "Grout Repair" and I am glad they... read moreSir Grout was the first company that popped up in a search for "Grout Repair" and I am glad they did! Had cracked grout in ALL of the corners of our recently-renovated bathroom. Our contractor used regular cement grout instead of caulk or similar and within months it had cracked. Every step of the process was done in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. The estimator was on time, masked up, and tremendously knowledgeable. She provided several different options on the estimate for repairs, as well as information on WHY they use the products they do (epoxy grout vs. cheap caulk). Had a different estimate from another company the following week and did not feel nearly as comfortable with the estimator. Sir Grout was less expensive, AND repaired our cracked grout with a better product - the technician (Xavier) was right on time, and completed the work quickly and skillfully. He had a mask, protective booties, and plenty of drop cloths to ensure no footprints or stains in the work area or throughout the house.I would not hesitate to use Sir Grout again, and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family for their grout/tile repair needs! read less

Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. The shower looks like new after Jamar cleaned the tile and grout, and replaced the corner caulk. In the kitchen, the caulk along the corner of the counter top and backsplash was replaced. It too, now looks like new. Jamar wore shoe 'booties' in the house, was clean and tidy as he worked, and left no trace of work mess behind. After the work was done, I phoned in a question about an area in the kitchen, and with NO hesitation, Jamar said he would be out the next morning to look at it... and when here, he completely reworked one of the grout lines to make it look better. I was hugely impressed by Sir Grout's motivation to get it right and leave this customer 110% satisfied. Could not recommend Sir Grout more highly. read less

We reached back out to the company and they came back out and completely redid the entire shower. It has held up well for months now, and we don't anticipate having any more issues. While it would have been ideal to have these results the first time around, I am happy with the company's willingness to address the problem with no further costs. It seems that our issues were likely related to a new technician, and I'm sure it was a learning experience and the technician was gracious, apologetic, and fixed all issues we had.
